Developed by Dr. Hana Choe, a board-certified neurologist, this founder-led approach combines neuroscience-informed movement, breath regulation, and NeuroYoga™ principles to support ongoing NeuroRecovery and long-term neurological wellness.

You'll follow your custom program and continue seeing Dr. Choe for sessions, making adjustments as needed for optimal recovery.
Eligibility
Integrated NeuroRecovery™ currently serves individuals recovering from:
Stroke
A medical emergency that occurs when blood flow to the brain is interrupted, depriving brain cells of oxygen and leading to cell death.
Hemiparesis
A neurological condition that causes partial muscle weakness or reduced control on one entire side of the body.
Acquired Brain Injury
Any injury where brain function is altered, such as falls, concussions, brain infections, or cardiac events.
Neurological Illness-Related
Persistent mobility and balance challenges such as muscle weakness or exaggerated reflexes following diagnosis.
Note that initial services are offered through limited-capacity home-based programming.
